The Financial Department is the authority concerned with reviewing and auditing the documents pertaining to the financial rights to be disbursed and arranging for finalizing the formalities of the respective rights and delivering same to their holders.

The Department carries out the following tasks:

1. Draw-up the annual balance sheet of the revenues and expenses and keep the respective items under close supervision
2. Finalize all the financial transactions and ensure the legitimacy and necessity of all aspects of disbursement
3. Keep the bank accounts and draw-up the necessary reports in accordance with the applicable regulations and laws
4. Control and follow-up the loans and investments activity in coordination with the competent departments and sections at the Bank
5. Follow-up procurement and materials inspection and acceptance operations
6. Draw-up and audit the salaries statements and execute the resolutions pertaining to the other financial dues of the Bank employees
7. Monthly reconciliation of the Bank accounts
